Benoît de Menten studied Law at the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL). He got his degree (Master in Laws) in 2003 and joined Putzeys the same year. He is especially active in tax law and got a degree ( Vlaams Universiteit Brussel, VUB) in this matter in 2004.
He has written an article with the tax specialist, prof. J. AUTENNE : " La détermination des activités que peuvent entreprendre les A.S.B.L. - L'apport du droit fiscal ", in Liber Amicorum Guy Horsmans, Brussels, Bruylant, 2004.
He is an accomplished pianist. He has studied music for fifteen years and graduated from the Koninklijk Conservatorium, Brussels.
